Global authority on all things color, Pantone, just released their highly anticipated Color of the Year — Greenery. Designers have already begun incorporating this vibrant shade into their new collections as well as the idea of “Greener” more eco-friendly pieces.
In response, a number of brands have put forth some examples of their pieces that fit into this earthy category, like the pieces below:
Pavilion Furniture one of the nation’s leading all-American manufacturers of indoor/outdoor furniture for over the last 50 years, has unveiled their “Evolution” collection. The collection features a variety of swivel chairs, counter stools, tables, chaise lounges and lounge chairs, all with fun patterns and motions such as sea grass, fish and bubbles. The brand also has their “Ecowood” line that’s all green and made with only recycled and recyclable materials!
Pavilion’s contemporary Shapes collection features customizable pieces with Dri-Fast foam that have covers that are easy to remove (or replace!), making them the perfect addition to any outdoor setting.
At MAISON&OBJET, the premiere global showcase in design and home décor, is gearing up for its January 2017 fair, taking place during Paris Design Week. A number of brands will be showing furniture in this shade, including Croatian furniture brand Prostoria. The brand is known for their sleek, modern furniture that is offered in a variety of vibrant colors and shades. The brand will be exhibiting at Hall 7 – Stands A27 at the fair.
TRISS, a french leather and fabrics brand, will also be exhibiting at the upcoming MAISON&OBJET fair in Paris this January (Hall 7 – Stands F86 – G85). The brand specializes in contemporary high-end furniture, and will be displaying this set of green chairs at the fair.
